Located in the heart of Cherry Creek, this townhome’s second-floor transformation was designed to create a private retreat before the next phase of construction began. The goal was to create spaces that feel calm, elevated, and reflective of the homeowner’s modern taste with artisanal details woven throughout.
Hand-blown pendant lights by Tracy Glover, textured Ann Sacks tile, and artwork by Danielle SeeWalker bring warmth and individuality to the primary suite. A cozy chaise lounge area creates a quiet corner for reading and unwinding, while tailored guest rooms and a playful black-and-white guest bathroom add personality through thoughtful contrasts.
The result is a layered, modern retreat where craftsmanship and character take center stage.
