The redo of this 170 square foot Capitol Hill living room stands out due to its drama and boldness. In six months this space was completely transformed.
The challenges were the small budget, cramped space and limited allocation for furniture placement due to windows and door openings.
Our goal was to transform an 8,200 square foot residence into a tranquil mountain retreat which transpired over a two year span.
The massive scale of the dwelling was unwelcoming and severe. Existing materials lacked warmth and the details had no enhancement.
Tucked away in the heart of LoDo this modern lobby is clean and unobtrusive. Pops of color heighten this natural palette of leather, plaster wood, metal ceiling detail and rusticated tile.

The updated bathrooms in this Wash Park residence retain some existing elements, like the cabinetry, while incorporating one-of-a kind new touches, such as a travertine sink and tile, handmade wallpaper, modern lights and plumbing fixtures.
